WrapGuard is a brand operated by Caring Collective (Pty) Ltd (“WrapGuard”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process & protect personal information when you visit our website or submit an enquiry.

When you complete the Request A Demo form on our website, we may collect the following information:

• Hotel or company name
• Email address
• Contact number
• Any information you choose to include in your message

Our website does not currently use visitor analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies.

Certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser or device information, may be processed automatically by our website hosting infrastructure & third-party service providers as part of providing, securing & operating the website.

3. Request A Demo Form & Web3Forms

Our Request A Demo form is processed using Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service.

When you submit the form, the information you provide is transmitted to Web3Forms so that your enquiry can be delivered to our business email address.

We have configured Web3Forms to retain form submissions for 30 days, after which its stored copy is automatically deleted.

Web3Forms states that form submissions are transmitted using HTTPS & encrypted at rest. Its processing of information is also subject to its own privacy practices.

We use limited third-party services necessary to operate the website.

The WrapGuard website does not currently set cookies or use similar browser storage technologies for analytics, advertising or visitor tracking.

Form submissions temporarily stored by Web3Forms are configured to be automatically deleted from Web3Forms after 30 days.

Information contained in our business correspondence may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary for an ongoing business relationship, record-keeping or legal purposes.

We do not sell your personal information.
